Part of #12

This PR is proposing to rework the contribute section from 3 columns to 2 as presented in the mock-up.
The method is not elegant, I'm afraid and the result still far from the mock-up (icons are still on the top).

But I suppose a better alternative would be to drop the them feature_row to create our own divs...
I'm pretty sure @hacklschorsch will have better options.
